I've wanted to do this one for a while! "The royal family".
A monogamous breeding pair of Tyrannosaurus impereginex... (JK, Tyrannosaurus rex) and their offspring take a stroll on a sunset in late cretaceous Hell Creek.
So, social behavior in theropods might be one of the most fascinating aspects for me to learn about. Here, I modeled Tyrannosaurus after modern birds of prey, that are monogamous and practice parental care.
Still, I also added a lot of scars on the parents, to show that it's not an easy point to get to in their life (probably a lot of T. rex never got to this point, with potential high mortality rates). One of them even has a parasitic infection on it's lower jaw, which it'll probably heal from.
I didn't model these from Stan, as I'd usually do, but instead from other specimens. I also used the Golden Ratio to see what composition I could get.
As always, hope you like it!
